Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our kimchi and to ensure food safety, we do not accept returns of any kind.

Refunds:

We are committed to your satisfaction with our products. While we cannot accept returns, we will gladly offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Damaged Goods: If your kimchi arrives damaged or spoiled due to shipping issues, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will happily issue a full refund or send a replacement.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
  • Quality Issues: We take pride in the quality of our kimchi. If you have a concern about the quality of your product (e.g., unusual smell, off-flavor, mold), please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

To Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@jiskimchi.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include photos if applicable.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been mishandled or tampered with after delivery.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
