Debbie Ji’s Bulgogi

Ingredients

1.5 lbs. thinly sliced tri tip (8th of an inch)
2/3 c soy sauce
2/3 c honey or sugar
1 c cold water
1/2 onion, sliced
2 stalks green onion, chopped
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Instructions

Slice tri tip, set aside.

Marinade

In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients. Add meat. Mix thoroughly. Marinate over night.

Cook

Remove meat from marinade. Shake off drippings. Cook in a skillet on high heat.
